Domestic & International Shipping Policy – Tona
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may be delayed. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, Canada, Australia, UK, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Tona is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during international shipping. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Tona is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for reference.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We verify addresses before shipping. If we’re unable to validate your address, we’ll contact you via email. If the issue cannot be resolved, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Tona is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact.tonaofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and involve local authorities if needed. A replacement or refund will be issued after the investigation is complete (please allow up to 21 days).
Shipping Delays
Due to high demand and ongoing supply chain disruptions, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.
