Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return window from the date your package is marked as delivered.
To be eligible, the item must be in good condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must be physically received at our PO Box before the 10‑day mark.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact.tonaofficial@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Products not returned in original packaging will receive a partial refund of 70%.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds cover the cost of the product only. Additional services such as expedited shipping, processing, or insurance are non‑refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact.tonaofficial@gmail.com with clear photo evidence. We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Returns Due to Customer Error
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation, we’ll inspect and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
